Shared use across devices

Every plan supports unlimited devices. Device count does not change the plan price, but network activity on every device uses the same data balance. Automatic sync, system updates, and background playback may also consume data, so disable them when needed.

A refund request must correspond to a specific order. Log in to the user panel, open the ticket portal, select the order to be handled, describe the refund request, and submit it. Support staff will verify the plan, payment status, and request against the order record. To prevent mismatched information, do not create multiple identical tickets for the same order.

If the issue concerns a connection or route choice, include the platform, target region, route name, and observed behavior in the ticket. Support staff can troubleshoot first; if you still decide to request a refund, continue through the 30-day no-questions-asked refund process. The refund policy does not change monthly reset rules or the never-expiring rule for data packs.
