43VPN provides cross-border network acceleration and international route subscriptions, covering 100+ countries / 150+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve connection quality for lawful network access. Actual connection results may be affected by the user's location, carrier network, device environment, target service policies, and route maintenance status.
This site offers monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users are responsible for safeguarding their username, password, and subscription information, as well as for activity carried out through their account. If credentials are exposed, an unusual login is detected, or subscription information is obtained by another person, users should change their password promptly and stop sharing the relevant information.
Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of devices, but only by the account holder on devices under their own management. Accounts, subscription addresses, and service benefits may not be resold, rented, publicly posted, distributed in bulk, or shared with unrelated third parties. Users may not use automated methods to consume route resources abnormally or continuously use the service in a way that affects other users' normal connections.
Lawful Use Responsibilities
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and where the accessed service is located, and must independently confirm that their network activities are lawful. The service may not be used to infringe the rights of others, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, attack network systems, access data without authorization, disrupt communication facilities, or conduct any other unlawful activity.
Websites, applications, and third-party content accessed through the service are independently operated by their respective providers. 43VPN does not create, review, or transact in third-party content, nor does it control changes to third-party policies, regional rules, account restrictions, or content. Disputes between users and third parties should be handled under the applicable platform rules.
Service Availability and Liability
43VPN maintains, adjusts, and replaces routes according to their status. Planned maintenance, unexpected failures, carrier changes, device configuration changes, public network congestion, or external events beyond reasonable control may cause connection interruptions, speed fluctuations, or temporary inaccessibility in some regions. Necessary maintenance may be carried out without individual advance notice.
Users should properly back up important data and confirm the connection status before conducting critical activities. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 43VPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by device failures, incorrect configurations, improper credential protection, changes to third-party platform rules, or events beyond reasonable control. No limitation of liability excludes any liability that applicable law expressly prohibits from being excluded.
Restrictions and Termination
If an account is involved in reselling subscriptions, publicly distributing subscription information, abnormally consuming route resources, threatening network security, infringing third-party rights, avoiding normal billing procedures, or violating applicable laws and regulations, 43VPN may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate the account according to the level of risk. Service status may be restricted during the investigation and handling of unusual activity.
After stopping use of the service, users remain responsible for account activity that occurred before discontinuation. Account termination does not affect payments, refund requests, dispute handling, or provisions that are legally required to remain effective and arose before termination. If service is terminated because of a violation, subsequent handling will follow these terms and applicable law.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refunds are verified and processed against the original payment record, and the time required for funds to arrive depends on the relevant payment channel. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that payment will end.
43VPN may revise these terms due to changes in service structure, operational requirements, or applicable rules. Updated content will be published on this site with the latest update date. Material changes will be communicated through available on-site methods. Revised terms apply to subsequent use from the date of publication; users who disagree with the changes should stop using the relevant services.
